It’s been lightly snowing in Kuna, Idaho the past few days, but the best snowfall has been inside the Pazzles office.
Did I make a wrong purchase? I wanted your opinion on the die cutting machine.
I bought PAZZLES last August. I have hardly used it. Mainly because of lack of time. I love klo's videos and whenever I have cut something, it is because I learnt it by watching them.
However, I am wondering if I should sell PAZZLES and get cameo. Would it be easier to use?
Or just getting MTC would solve my problem since I have invested in the machine already and my payments are almost done by August. Also, I am not able to /pattern paper cut very thin fonts on PAZZLES. They always tear. The mat is sticky, even though I have conditioned it. Thin cardstock always tears. I definitely cannot have both. I would have to choose.
I did read forum posts regarding Pazzles Pro vs MTC. And as everyone previously suggested MTC is a better choice. I also use DCWV cardstock which is very thick compared to others. Will these even cut on cameo? I hope I am not bothering you with my questions. I do like my PAZZLES. Mine cuts circles properly.
Scallops are ok too. Any input is appreciated.
Maybe I am just leaning towards Cameo because everyone is so gaga about it. I just need some assurance that I didnt make the wrong choice. I know it sounds kiddish but please help! Cameo does cut thinner papers better than Pazzles, but that is because of the blade.
Smartsvn Crack Keygen. If you use a Pazzles vinyl blade, regular Gazelle blade, or a Roland vinyl blade in your Pazzles, and make sure you use a low enough pressure, you should be able to cut thinner papers on it just fine. Find the best pressure for you.
Do not trust the settings on a list or in the Pazzles software, as those numbers can change daily depending on environmental conditions. Cameo does print and cut projects using the optical reader while Pazzles does not. But you can do accurate print and cuts on the Pazzles without having that function. See the tutorial called Print and Cut.pdf posted here: This tutorial shows how to do print and cut projects without needing laser or optical registration. I own both machines. Over all, Pazzles is a better cutter, in my opinion. It can cut with greater pressure, so it will handle heavier papers better.
You are especially blessed if yours cuts circles and scallops accurately. DCWV does not cut well on any cutter, but Pazzles will cut it better than Cameo.
I do highly recommend the purchase of Make the Cut with your Pazzles, as we get better cuts using MTC. I knew would be able to give you a good answer. She has a wealth of experience with several different cutters and can always be depended on to give objective answers. I am constantly learning new things from her! Julie, can you elaborate on your comment about the DCWV paper? I've experienced bad cuts with it, most recently with my Gazelle when trying to cut beautiful double-sided cardstock for my mother's day card, but I just assumed it was because my settings were off and I was using an old, badly scarred CE mat that was catching the blade. I didn't even consider that the paper itself might be a factor!
I ended up buying new Gazelle mats and their click holder because of the ordeal, LOL! DCWV paper has a white core. Unless you are doing a project for which you particularly want a white core, such as for a project that you want to 'distress', the white edge that shows when the paper is cut doesn't look that good to me. You can always chalk or ink those edges, if that is an issue. Looks aside, DCWV paper is layered. Phelps Laundry Card Hack Download Free.
The layers tend to cause a mess when cut with a tiny or intricate design. I get unclean edges, and the layers tend to split when lifted off a sticky mat. They have some beautiful designs, and I have quite a collection of their papers.
But I reserve them for larger designs such as page backgrounds, mats, cards, etc. DCWV paper has a white core.
